Claims for shipment shortages must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. Claims for product quality must be made within the terms of this limited warranty. Americas Belting's liability for products found to be defective within the warranty period is limited to, at Americas Belting's option, either: (i) the repair or replacement of defective products or parts, or (ii) a refund or credit of an equitable portion of the net purchase price of defective products. The limited warranty does not include labor or any other costs incurred by the customer for service, maintenance, repair, removing, replacing, installing, shipping or handling, or replacement of the product.

All products with respected warranty claims must be available for inspection by Americas Belting. All products returned to Americas Belting for inspection under a warranty claim must be preceded by a written authorization and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Americas Belting. The RMA number must appear on the paperwork that accompanies the returned product shipment. All warranty claim products returned to Americas Belting for inspection must be delivered to the address associated with the RMA with transportation charges prepaid. Collect returns will not be accepted.

Any warranty claim products that fail to qualify for warranty shall remain the property of the customer. Customer shall be responsible for the removal of all failed warranty products from Americas Belting's facility. If after thirty (30) days from the notification of warranty claim rejection, the product remains at the Americas Belting facility, the product will be disposed of by Americas Belting at its discretion.
